As shown in the figure, the front-end handheld terminal of the ground detector is connected to the individual soldier device through WiFi. The individual soldier can communicate with each other through mesh equipment, and the individual soldier device can also be connected with the airborne equipment of UAV in the sky through mesh networking. An on-board device is installed on the remote emergency communication vehicle, which constructs a communication network wirelessly with the on-board equipment on the UAV. Emergency communication vehicles can communicate with nearby communication base stations through 4G/5G or build communication links with command centers through satellite signals.

The video and voice data captured by the terminal device can be transmitted to the individual soldier device through WiFi, and then the video can be transmitted back to the UAV through the communication network built by the individual soldier device and the airborne device. After that, the image is transmitted back to the emergency communication vehicle through the airborne equipment, and the personnel inside the vehicle can watch the video and command the front-end operator through the client. Meanwhile, the emergency communication vehicle can also transmit the data to the nearby tower through 4G/5G, where the tower will transmit the video to the back-end command center through the operator network. When there is no 4G/5G signal near the vehicle, data can also be sent back via satellite.
