In view of the high pressure and high risk work site in the oil field, Suntor was invited by a company to provide a set of on-site wireless transmission solutions for an oil field fracturing truck. The following is a brief description of the solutions.


On-site customers require real-time video monitoring images of 10 to 30 fracturing trucks to be transmitted to the monitoring center by wireless devices, so that any abnormal operation of fracturing trucks can be handled in time. To ensure the safety of people and equipment in the work area, and to take into account the extension of the late application.


In order to ensure the production safety, scientific management, resistance and defense capability against disasters and man-made damage of the high-pressure pumping management area, and meet customers' requirements of practicality and reliability, easy to use and convenient follow-up maintenance, Suntor adopts the AD hoc transmission mode of interconnection and communication of gigabit equipment in MESH network. Each vehicle is equipped with an ad-hoc wireless device to connect with a high-definition camera, and several working vehicles are taken as a group of transmitting devices to the gigabit MESH receiving device installed in the nearby monitoring vehicle. At the same time, the vehicle is equipped with the Suntor MESH ad-hoc networking vehicle. In case of severe shaking of the vehicle or the signal of the receiving base station is disconnected, The MESH emergency mode is automatically activated to connect the networking device with the strongest signal nearby to ensure that the transmitted signal can be transmitted back to the monitoring vehicle without delay.


If the video data received by the field monitoring vehicle needs to be transmitted back to other locations, the relay point can forward the field video transmission signal to other monitoring receiving points. Considering the mobility of the working vehicle, all-directional antenna is recommended for all transmitting equipment to ensure that the signal transmission is not limited by the direction and achieve all-round transmission state. The MESH networking device at the receiving end connects one or three 120-degree Angle antennas to cover the signals of the transmitter device at the site according to the site conditions. Considering environmental factors such as field space and receiving bandwidth, one receiving device is connected to each group of 15 vehicles at the transmitting terminal, and two receiving devices are needed to be connected to 30 vehicles at the site. At the same time, the transmitting and receiving equipment adopts the same frequency network, so that the receiving equipment can be seamlessly connected even if the working vehicle is replaced.

The MESH networking scheme designed for the customer guarantees the transmission of high-definition video in the mobile environment of the vehicle, solves the problems of anti-interference, anti-multipath and anti-destruction of the communication transmission of the fracturing truck, and meets the customer's needs of fast networking, no center and arbitrary topology structure communication, providing great convenience for the customer's field use.
